Review by hotel critic
Nestled in a leafy conservation area, it’s only a short stroll to the beach, perfect for those of us who appreciate stunning coastal views. The friendly owner, Linda, made us feel incredibly welcome; it always warms my conservationist heart when local hospitality shines through. Our room, named 'Islay,' was impressively spacious and tastefully decorated—very comfortable for my partner and me after exploring the vibrant local scene. And let me tell you, the breakfast featuring freshly cooked local produce was a highlight—not to mention the cozy lounge with inviting sofas, a perfect spot to unwind after enjoying Ayr’s rich wildlife and surroundings! I can't wait for our next visit—hopefully, for a longer stay!
